3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Go to our Return Center or email us at returns@trendbuy.fashion within 7 days of receiving your product. Include the following information:

  • Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours. Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address and any applicable return shipping label.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Carefully pack the item with all tags and original packaging and ship it to the return address provided. Make sure to retain the shipping receipt and tracking number.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped by us.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for compliance with our return conditions. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.


4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations:

5. Exchange Policy

  • Mention your original order ID and the new size/color required.

Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the requested item is not in stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.


6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Guidelines:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once the order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

At this time, TrendBuy.Fashion operates primarily in India. If you place an international order:

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued in INR based on current exchange rates (excluding currency conversion fees).
